Ordering & Production
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be cancelled or changed within 12 hours of being placed. After this brief window, your order automatically enters our production queue and we can no longer guarantee that changes can be made. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
How long does it take to make my order?
All of our products are custom-made with care just for you. Please allow 2-7 business days for our team to produce your order before it is ready for shipment.
Can I request a custom design?
Absolutely! We accept a limited number of custom design requests each month to ensure each project gets the attention it deserves. Please visit our Custom Orders page or email us at contact@solelessdreamscreates.store with your ideas to begin the process.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
After the 2-7 business day production period, most U.S. orders arrive within 5-10 business days. International delivery times will vary depending on the destination.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we are excited to ship to customers in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. We are actively working to expand our shipping network to serve dreamers all around the globe and expect full worldwide shipping to be available very soon. Thank you for your patience!
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that contains your tracking number.
What should I do if my package is lost?
Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for it. If you believe your package is lost or has been stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Returns & Product Information
What is your return policy?
As every item is custom-made to order specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for issues like ordering the wrong size, color, or a change of mind. All sales are final. However, your satisfaction is our priority. If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing error, we will gladly issue a replacement or a refund.
Do you accept exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
We are so sorry to hear that! Please contact us at contact@solelessdreamscreates.store within 7 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue, and we will arrange for a free replacement to be sent to you right away.
What sizes do your products come in?
We offer a wide range of sizes, typically from S to 5XL. You can find a detailed size chart with specific measurements on each individual product page to help you find the perfect fit.
What materials are your products made from?
We use high-quality materials for comfort and durability. Our Unisex Heavy Cotton T-Shirts are 100% cotton, while our popular Gildan sweaters are a soft fleece blend of 50% cotton and 50% polyester. For specifics on any other item, please check the description on its product page.
How should I care for my items?
To ensure your custom piece stays vibrant for years to come, we recommend washing it inside out with cold water and tumbling dry on low heat. Please avoid ironing directly on the printed design.
